本研究旨在描述古巴电信与信息技术基础设施。文中评论了古巴国家创新系统的由来与发展、古巴电信基础设施制度及管理特征 ,并阐明了进一步研究的建议。
The purpose of this study is to describe the telecommunications and information technology infrastructure in Cuba. The article reviews the origin and development of Cuba’s national innovation system, the Cuban telecommunications infrastructure system and management characteristics, and clarifies the recommendations for further research.
