随着数学课程改革的不断深入,教师所面临的困境越来越艰巨和复杂:学生探究的难以预测、自主开放的超越藩篱以及多种活动的即时变化,这一切都无法再让教师简单、机械规约。由此,我们不禁反思:当下的课堂究竟缺少些什么?当前教师的素质中亟待加强什么?毫无疑问,是预设生成。时代呼唤教育智慧及智慧型教师,拥有教育智慧是我们所有教师孜孜追求的理想和愿景。
With the continuous deepening of the mathematics curriculum reform, teachers face more and more dilemmas: the unpredictability of students’ inquiry, the open barriers beyond their own freedom and the immediate changes of various activities can no longer make teachers simple and mechanical Statute. Thus, we can not help but reflect on: What exactly is the current classroom lack? What is urgently to be strengthened in the current quality of teachers? There is no doubt that it is the default generation. The times call for educational and intelligent teachers, and having educational wisdom is the ideal and vision that we all diligently pursue.
