The hydro-pneumatic standard information intelligence network is an initiative to promote the development of China’s hydro-pneumatic industry, accelerate technical exchanges and popularization and application, and was attended by the participating units at the hydraulic and pneumatic seal standardization work conference held in June 1983 in Jinan, Beijing, China. The Institute of Mechanical Industry Automation was launched in October 1983.
