作者应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对现有结石病人,有结石史近一年无结石病人的结石,血清和尿液及健康人的血清,尿液中微量无素进行了研究。材料和方法本研究分三组进行:第一组:现有结石病人25例(男13、女12、平均年龄52.8±18岁),发现结石在2周内,用X线衍射测定法分析自然排出或手术取出的结石成分,得到结石后立即采集血清、尿液标本,预防性保证尿无菌。1-2周内不做任何处置,正常饮食。第2组:健康对照者26例(男15、女11、平均年龄37±13岁),既往无结石史,尿中亦无病理改变。第三组:既往有结石史近一年无结石者32例(男21、女11、平均年龄49.1±17岁)。应用顺序一同时混合制ARL(3580-ICP)Paschen-Runge型光谱分光仪分别测定这3组的结石、血清、24小时尿液中
The authors used inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to study the existing calculus patients, stones, serum and urine of patients with stone-free history in the past one year, serum and urine in healthy people and trace elements in urine. Materials and Methods The study was divided into three groups: Group I: 25 patients (13 males and 12 females, mean age 52.8 ± 18 years) with stone disease. The stones were found within 2 weeks by X-ray diffraction analysis Discharge or surgical removal of stone components, immediately after the acquisition of stones, serum, urine specimens, preventive assurance of urine sterility. 1-2 weeks without any treatment, normal diet. Group 2: 26 healthy controls (male 15, female 11, mean age 37 ± 13 years), no previous history of stone, no pathological changes in urine. The third group: in the past history of stone in the past year without stones in 32 cases (male 21, female 11, mean age 49.1 ± 17 years).
