根据空军统一安排,我到新疆某雷达站蹲连住班,全程参加了连队日常工作,组织召开了3个层面的座谈会,与28名官兵开展谈心交心一遍以上。在与基层官兵朝夕相处中我深深体会到,官兵中蕴藏着建设部队、推动发展的无穷力量,基层是机关工作取之不尽的智慧源泉。蹲连虽然只有15天时间,但我感触很深,收获很大,颇受教育和启发。
According to the unified arrangements of the Air Force, I went to a radar station in Xinjiang and crouched into classes. I participated in the daily work of the company throughout the entire process and organized three-level forums to talk with 28 officers and men more than once. In daily life with grassroots officers and soldiers, I deeply understand that officers and soldiers contain the infinite force of building troops and promoting development. The grassroots level is the inexhaustible source of wisdom for organs and agencies. Although only 15 days squatting time, but I feel deep, great harvest, very educated and inspired.
