民商法属于极为重要的一部规范社会生活的法律,在我国市场经济的平稳有序发展过程中发挥着十分关键的功能与作用。尤其是随着我国社会经济的快速发展,广大人民群众对诚实信用原则的重视程度越来越高。基于此,本文拟从民商法中诚实信用原则的内涵及法律特征出发,分析当前民商法中诚实信用原则存在的主要问题,探讨民商法中诚实信用原则的完善途径。
Civil and commercial law is an extremely important law that regulates social life and plays a very crucial role in the steady and orderly development of the market economy in our country. Especially with the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the majority of the people are paying more and more attention to the principle of good faith. Based on this, the thesis intends to analyze the connotation and legal characteristics of the principle of good faith in civil and commercial law, analyzes the main problems existing in the principle of good faith in civil and commercial law, and discusses ways to improve the principle of good faith in civil and commercial law.
