水利施工企业是很多国民经济部门正常发展的支柱性企业,但由于工程建设行业间的激烈竞争,水利施工企业逐步暴露出一些共性的问题,如资金筹措方式单一化,资金使用效率低,等等。要重新认识强调水利施工企业财务管理的重要意义,从提升财务管理队伍整体素质、完善财务管理与会计核算制度、重视资金管理等方面,创新应用多种财务管理手段,保证财务管理的实效性。
