采用Gleeble 1500热模拟机对Q345B钢在1×10-4s-1和1×10-3s-1应变速率下的热塑性进行了研究。研究表明:在1×10-4s-1的应变速率下,试样在600~TL℃的温度范围内存在两个脆性区,即高温脆性区,为1 217~TL℃,低温脆性区,为600~930℃;在1×10-3s-1的应变速率下,试样在600~TL℃的温度范围内不存在高温脆性区,仅存在低温脆性区,为600~915℃。影响Q345B钢热塑性的主要因素是S偏析、应变速率、铁素体的析出以及细小的AlN粒子的析出。
The thermoplastic properties of Q345B steel at strain rates of 1 × 10-4s-1 and 1 × 10-3s-1 were investigated using a Gleeble 1500 thermal simulator. The results show that there are two brittle zones in the temperature range of 600 ~ TL under the strain rate of 1 × 10-4s-1, namely the high temperature brittle zone, which is 1 217 ~ TL ℃ and the low temperature brittle zone is 600 ~ 930 ℃. Under the strain rate of 1 × 10-3s-1, there is no high temperature brittle zone in the temperature range of 600 ~ TL ℃, only 600 ℃ ~ 915 ℃ in low temperature brittle zone. The main factors affecting the thermoplasticity of Q345B steel are S segregation, strain rate, precipitation of ferrite and precipitation of fine AlN particles.
