通过组织培养发现骨碎补注射液明显促进鸡胚骨原基的生长和钙化,用药组碱性磷酸酶的活性和氨基已糖的含量分别为对照组的155.1±19.7%和113.7±6.3%,用药组钙、磷含量分别为对照组的119.9±8.8%和126.4±8.0%。但骨碎补明显抑制胶原的合成,用药组羟脯氨酸的含量仅为对照组的73.6±4.8%。在有足量维生素C存在的情况下,骨碎补促进钙磷沉积的作用尤为明显。
Through the tissue culture, it was found that Guchibu injection significantly promoted the growth and calcification of chicken embryo primordium. The activity of alkaline phosphatase and the content of aminohexose in the medication group were 155.1±19.7% and 113.7±6.3% of the control group, respectively. The calcium and phosphorus contents of the medication group were 119.9±8.8% and 126.4±8.0% of the control group, respectively. However, Rhizoma Drynaria significantly inhibited collagen synthesis, and the content of hydroxyproline in the medication group was only 73.6±4.8% of the control group. In the presence of a sufficient amount of vitamin C, broken bone repair promotes the deposition of calcium and phosphorus is particularly evident.
