中亚国家虽在流量方面有所下降,但在吸引中国直接投资方面仍具有较重要位置。中国对中亚地区投资主要流向塔吉克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦,三国比重分别为43.97%、30.39%和25.64%。中国对哈萨克斯坦直接投资存量在这一地区是最高的,所占比例高达62.98%。与此同时,中亚地区社会矛盾进入高发期,政府采取高压手段维持社会稳定。中亚国家政权交接有可能给政治稳定性带来考验,对外资企业形成冲击。
Although the flow of Central Asia countries has declined, it still plays a more important role in attracting Chinese direct investment. China’s investment in Central Asia mainly flows to Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, accounting for 43.97%, 30.39% and 25.64% of the total respectively. China’s stock of direct investment in Kazakhstan is the highest in the region, accounting for 62.98% of the total. At the same time, the social conflicts in Central Asia have entered a period of high incidence, and the government has adopted high-handed measures to maintain social stability. Central Asian state power transfer may bring political stability test, the impact of foreign-funded enterprises.
