目的探讨硒与地方性氟中毒的关系,为硒与氟中毒的研究提供现场资料。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对河北省氟中毒病区及非病区的8~12岁儿童发硒进行了检测,同时检查了各取样点8~12岁学生的氟斑牙发生情况。结果氟中毒病区(包括改水后正常区、轻、中度病区)8~12岁儿童发硒显著低于非病区(F=17.76,P<0.01),不同程度病区之间儿童发硒差异无显著意义。结论硒与氟中毒关系密切,增加硒摄入量可能有助于预防氟中毒的发生;河北省氟中毒病区儿童发硒平均值低于非病区。
Objective To explore the relationship between selenium and endemic fluorosis and provide field data for the study of selenium and fluorosis. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to detect selenium in children aged 8 ~ 12 years in fluorosis and non-ward in Hebei Province. At the same time, the occurrence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 ~ 12 years was examined. Results Selenium in children with fluorosis (including normal, mild and moderate) was lower in children aged 8 ~ 12 years than those in non-disease (F = 17.76, P <0.01). Children in different degrees Hair selenium difference was not significant. Conclusion Selenium and fluoride poisoning are closely related to increase the intake of selenium may help prevent the occurrence of fluorosis; children with fluorosis in Hebei Province, the average incidence of selenium was lower than the non-diseased area.
