近年来,特别是学习邓小平同志重要谈话之后,我们在解放思想,转换脑筋,更新观念方面,做了不少工作,也取得了一定成效,其中宣传思想工作发挥了积极的作用。但是,对取得的成效不能估计过高。必须清醒地看到,在加速建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,我省经济发展中的深层次矛盾越来越充分地暴露出来,而我们不少同志对此缺乏足够的认识;旧体制的影响,旧观念的束缚,还在顽强地表现出来,而我们不少同志缺乏冲破束缚的勇气,嘴上讲解放思想,实际上却言不由衷,言不及义;我省的许多优势已不复存在,在全国的经济位次后移,而我们一些领导机关、领导部门、领导同志仍然自我感觉良好,缺乏应有的危机
