2007年12月13日,深圳市教育局分管教学教研工作的唐海海副局长,一大早就来到深圳实验学校高中部。他仔细观看了学生研究性学习活动成果展,并与教师们一起听课、研讨,直到11点半才离开。一位市局的副局长亲自参加历史教研活动,坐下来听课,参加教师们的研讨,还即席对学科教学发表意见(他不是学历史的),似乎很少见。我们原以为局领导到场不过是以示重视,听了他的点评,才发现这是一位既懂教育,又有思想的领导。他的发言很精彩,遗憾的是以下纪录并不完整。“十七大”提出:“办好人民满意的教育”“更新教育观念,深化教学内容方式、考试招生制度、质量评价制度等改革,减轻中小学生课业负担,提高学生综合素质。”落实这些要求需要高素质的领导。唐副局长为各级教育管理干部做出了很好的榜样,到第一线学习研究、发现问题、解决问题,对于推动新课改很有实效。以下就是他的即席点评。
