在冶金部的关怀下,冶金部产品标准科技情报所委托昆钢召开了“普炭钢含砷量技术条件座谈会”。会议在云南省冶金局和昆钢党委的直接领导下于九月十五日至十九日在昆明召开。参加会议的有:冶金部钢铁研究院,韶关钢铁厂,湘潭钢铁厂,涟源钢铁厂、昆明钢铁厂和昆明地区大专院校及研究、设计等十个单位共三十八人。
In the care of the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Ministry of Metallurgical Products Standard Technical Information Commission entrusted Kunming Steel held a “standard steel carbon arsenic technical seminars.” The meeting was held in Kunming from September 15 to September 19 under the direct leadership of Yunnan Provincial Metallurgical Bureau and Kunming Steel Party Committee. There were 38 participants from 10 institutes including the Iron and Steel Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, Shaoguan Iron and Steel Plant, Xiangtan Iron and Steel Plant, Lianyuan Iron and Steel Plant, Kunming Iron and Steel Plant and Kunming Regional Colleges, research and design.
