西安地区第二届热处理“四新”经验交流展览会于1986年5月20～25号在西安召开。大会宣读了近20篇学术论文,并分组讨论了当前热处理存在的技术问题及发展状况,沟通了热处理技术人员的信息交流。全国近30家热处理专业厂参加了新成品新技术展览.为大会增添了色彩。
Xi’an, the second heat treatment “four new” exchange of experience in May 1986 May 20-25 held in Xi’an. The conference read nearly 20 academic papers and discussed in groups the technical problems and development status of the current heat treatment and communicated the information exchange among the heat treatment technicians. Nearly 30 heat treatment professional factories nationwide participated in the new finished products and new technology exhibition.
