为了探索新生儿和高危新生儿β_2-m值及其临床意义,我们对49例正常新生儿和64例高危新生儿脐血β_2-m结果与新生儿体重、其母为高危妊娠及新生儿死亡的关系进行了初步探讨。现报告如下。对象和方法一、检测对象: (一)正常对照组:49例(男30例,女19例)。为本院1990年2月至8月正常足月顺产的新生儿。产妇年龄17~46岁(平均年龄25.2岁)。 (二)高危新生儿组:64例。其中早产儿33例,其母为妊高征10例,过期产儿21例。所有检测的113例新生儿的母亲均通过辅助检查排除传染病及内科疾病。
