近年来,我国人口老龄化问题日益突出,离退休人员不断增加,加强对离退休人员的管理服务工作是政府的职责,也是社会保险制度改革的重要组成部分。为此,各级劳动部门应认真研究,制定切实可行的管理服务办法,以减轻企业的社会负担,为离退休人员创造一个良好的生活环境。本文主要就如何做好离退休人员管理服务工作提出了几点看法和建议。
In recent years, the problem of population aging in our country has become increasingly prominent. The number of retirees has been on the increase. It is the government’s responsibility to strengthen the management and service work for retired personnel. It is also an important part of the reform of the social insurance system. To this end, the labor departments at all levels should seriously study and formulate practical management and service measures to ease the social burden on enterprises and create a good living environment for retirees. This article mainly puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to do the work of retired personnel management services.
