从猫爪草中提取多糖并测定其含量。方法 :用水提醇沉法提取 ,采用苯酚———硫酸比色法对其多糖进行测定。结果 :猫爪草中测得多糖量为 6 .7%。结论 :方法简便易行 ,重现性好。
Extract polysaccharides from cat’s claw grass and determine its content. Methods: Extraction with water and alcohol precipitation, and the polysaccharides were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. RESULTS : The polysaccharide content in the cat grass was 6.7%. Conclusion : The method is simple and easy to use and has good reproducibility.
