自主管理型班级建设是坚持教育与自我教育理念的具体实施。在自主管理型班级建设过程中培养学生自我教育意识,有助于学生独立性的树立,帮助学生提高个人的自我管理能力,促进高职学生的成长与成才。自主管理型班级的建设既可充分调动大学生的积极性,有利于提高学生综合素质和能力,又能将辅导员从繁琐的班级事务中解脱出来,将精力放在思想政治的研究上。
Self-management-oriented class construction is the specific implementation of the concept of education and self-education. In the process of self-management-oriented class building students self-education awareness, help to establish the independence of students, to help students improve their self-management skills, and promote the growth of vocational students and talent. The construction of self-managed class can not only fully mobilize the enthusiasm of college students, improve students’ comprehensive qualities and abilities, but also relieve counselors from cumbersome classes and concentrate on the study of ideology and politics.
