作为中国房地产“前沿阵地”的深圳楼市,今年上半年在宽松信贷政策带动下强劲反弹。DTZ戴德梁行最新报告显示,上半年深圳新房成交量达388.81万平方米,同比增加152.06%,相当于去年全年的成交量;成交套数达41381套,同比增加142.78%。同时,二手住宅成交量更达511.64万平方米,同比增加216.04%。以上数据均超出市场预期。
As China’s real estate “frontier ” Shenzhen property market in the first half of this year, led by a loose credit policy rebounded strongly. The latest DTZ DTZ report shows that the volume of new home transactions in Shenzhen in the first half of 2008 reached 3.8881 million square meters, up 152.06% over the same period of previous year, equivalent to the volume of the whole year of last year; the number of transactions reached 41381 units, an increase of 142.78% over the same period of last year. Meanwhile, the volume of second-hand residential properties reached 5,116,400 square meters, an increase of 216.04% over the same period of previous year. The above data are beyond market expectations.
