为研究生长因子及其受体与胆囊运动功能及胆结石的关系,应用免疫组化技术检测75例胆结石及25例非胆结石胆囊标本中表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)的表达。结果表明:EGF、EGFR 的共同表达与胆囊的收缩功能有关。EGF 及其受体表达均为阳性者胆囊收缩功能较好。两者表达均为阴性者胆囊收缩功能减退。EGF 及EGFR 的表达与胆囊壁厚度及胆石类型无关。EGF 及其受体通过影响胆囊运动及粘膜功能参与胆石的形成。
In order to study the relationship between growth factors and their receptors and gallbladder motor function and gallstones, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and its receptor (EGFR) in 75 cases of gallstones and 25 cases of non- expression. The results showed that: EGF, EGFR co-expression and gallbladder contraction function. EGF and its receptor were positive expression of gallbladder contraction function is better. The expression of both were negative gallbladder contraction dysfunction. The expression of EGF and EGFR had no relation with gallbladder wall thickness and gallstone type. EGF and its receptors participate gallstone formation by affecting gallbladder movement and mucosal function.
