在企业的发展中,要争取企业效益最大化,提高员工的技能和专业素养是可行且有效的。人力资源的开发作为企业可持续发展过程中一个手段,应得到企业的足够重视。加大对职工培训项目的金钱和精力的投入,规范培训制度和流程十分重要,工会应清楚地认识自己所扮演的角色,力争为企业和职工建立一个良好的沟通平台。本文首先陈述了职工培训在企业发展过程中的重要性,然后分析了工会组织应怎样正确自我定位,最后提出了工会在职工培训这一事件中的任务。
In the development of enterprises, it is feasible and effective to strive for maximizing the benefits of enterprises and improving their skills and professionalism. As a means of sustainable development of enterprises, the development of human resources should get enough attention from enterprises. It is very important to increase the investment of staff and training programs in terms of money and energy, and to standardize training systems and procedures. The trade unions should clearly understand their role and strive to establish a good communication platform for enterprises and staff. This article first states the importance of employee training in the process of enterprise development, and then analyzes how the trade union organization should correctly position itself. Finally, it puts forward the task of the trade union in the event of staff training.
