在36侧成人尸体标本上,观察联合皮瓣的血供。用6侧新尸体标本,从肩胛下血管起始处灌注中华墨汁,观察皮肤的着色范围,并在背阔肌上缘、前缘、肩胛冈、腋前线和髂嵴平面第处分别切取四块皮肤做连续切片,用LUZEX-F图像分析仪观察皮瓣间微血管的形态特点,测量各层血管间的网眼密度和网眼面积。结果:①墨汁着色范围,上界至肩钾冈平面;下界至髂嵴;前界至胸大肌外侧缘;后界至后正中线。②三个皮瓣交界处皮肤切片观察存在着丰富的微血管吻合
In 36 adult cadaver specimens, observe the blood supply of the joint flap. Six new corpse specimens were used to perfuse the Chinese ink from the beginning of the subscapular vessels to observe the coloring range of the skin and cut four pieces at the upper edge of latissimus dorsi, the leading edge, the scapular ganglion, the axillary line and the plane of the iliac crest respectively The skin was continuously sectioned, and the morphological characteristics of the capillaries between the flaps were observed with a LUZEX-F image analyzer. Results: ① ink coloring range, the upper bound to shoulder Shougang plane; lower bound to the iliac crest; anterior border to the pectoralis major lateral margin; posterior to the posterior midline. ② skin flap at the junction of the three flap there is an abundance of microvascular anastomosis
