利用声发射技术研究了SM50B-Zc低强结构钢在淬火及正火两种状态下在空气和流动的3.5%NaCl水溶液中的疲劳过程。试验结果表明:在声发射振铃计数率与疲劳裂纹扩展速率及应力强度因子范围之间有良好的对应关系。
The fatigue behavior of SM50B-Zc low-strength structural steels in air and flowing 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution under both quenching and normalizing conditions was studied by acoustic emission technique. The experimental results show that there is a good correspondence between the counting rate of acoustic emission ringing and the range of fatigue crack growth rate and stress intensity factor.
