目的为确立适合航空口岸范围内鼠类侵害程度分级指标值,并据此确立灭鼠策略。方法以盐城民航站外延400 m范围各类型单位室内室外作为研究对象,目测法检查鼠征房间,食饵(花生米)法检查室外消耗率,分析阳性频度分布趋势,建立鼠类侵害程度分级指标值。结果根据鼠征阳性率范围均值、离散度以及口岸卫生检疫实践,提出航空口岸范围鼠征(食饵)法侵害程度分级标准:Ⅰ级(不足为害),侵害率0~2%;Ⅱ级(轻度侵害),侵害率2%~10%;Ⅲ级(中度侵害),侵害率10%~30%;Ⅳ级(重度侵害),侵害率≥30%以上。结论提出用鼠征(食饵)法确立航空口岸范围鼠类侵害程度分级标准,为类似生境航空口岸范围鼠情防治提供设想。
The purpose is to establish the rating index value suitable for the level of rodent infestation within the aviation port and establish the rodent control strategy accordingly. Methods Taking the indoor and outdoor units of various types within 400 m of Yancheng Civil Aviation Extension as research object, the outdoor consumption rate was checked by visual inspection method and the frequency of positive frequency distribution was analyzed, and the grading index of rodent infestation value. Results According to the mean value of rat positive rate range, dispersion degree and port health and quarantine practice, the grading standards of rat sign (prey) method in the air port area were proposed: Grade I (less than 10%), and the damage rate was 0-2% Degree of infringement), the infringement rate of 2% to 10%; Ⅲ level (moderate invasion), the infringement rate of 10% to 30%; Ⅳ level (severe damage), the infringement rate ≥ 30%. Conclusions This paper proposes that the establishment of grading standards of rodent infestation in the air port area by using the mouse sign (prey) method provides a plan for the prevention and control of rodent offenses in the air port area similar to the habitat.
