测定成人垂体及新生儿垂体前叶催乳素、促甲状腺素、促卵泡素、促黄体生成素的含量。方法:随机取成人及新生儿垂体各50枚,经初步提取诸激素后进行放射免疫测定,计算出总体含量。结果:证实除甲状腺素外新生儿垂体中其它激素含量均低于成人,国人与欧洲人垂体激素含量比较并初步分析,表明国人垂体激素含量测定值较低。结论:本组测得的垂体诸激素总含量数值均为参考数值,今后需改进方法,深入研究。
Determination of adult pituitary and neonatal anterior pituitary prolactin, thyrotropin, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone content. Methods: Fifty adult pituitary and neonatal pituitary were randomly selected. After preliminary extraction of hormones, radioimmunoassay was performed to calculate the total content. Results: Confirmed that in neonates except thyroxine, the content of other hormones in the pituitary was lower than that in adults. Compared with the pituitary hormones in Chinese and Europeans, the preliminary analysis showed that the pituitary hormones in the Chinese were lower. Conclusion: The total content of pituitary hormones measured in this group are reference values. In the future, we need to improve methods and further study.
