耳塞有防护噪声的效果。国内研制的多种耳塞,由于缺乏隔声的频率选择特性,使用时妨碍语言通讯。 我们研制了一种新类型耳塞——高低频两用耳塞。耳塞内有一“Z”形管道,它能选择性地滤过低频语言声波,又能衰减对内耳有害的高频噪声,从而不妨碍语言交谈。在低频噪声场合时,可用小塞封闭弯曲管道,耳塞又能有效地隔去低频有害噪声。按ISO—4869—1981标准测试,耳塞的平均衰减值为28.1分贝。低频隔声值在10分贝以下,高频隔声值在30分贝左右。多种噪声环境试用表明,耳塞保护效果良好,舒适,不妨碍语言交谈。
Earplugs have a protective noise effect. Domestic developed a variety of earplugs, due to the lack of sound insulation frequency selection characteristics, use impede the language communication. We developed a new type of earbuds - high and low frequency earbuds. There is a “Z” shaped tube in the earplugs that selectively filters low-frequency speech waves and attenuates high-frequency noise that is detrimental to the inner ear, so as not to hinder speech conversations. In the case of low-frequency noise, small plugs can be used to close the curved pipe, ear plugs and effectively remove harmful low-frequency noise. According to the ISO-4869-1981 standard test, the average attenuation value of the earplug is 28.1 dB. Low-frequency sound insulation value below 10 decibel, high-frequency sound insulation value of about 30 decibels. A variety of noise environment trial shows that the ear protection effect is good, comfortable, does not hinder the language conversation.
