各有关单位和个人:进入新世纪以来,我国食品制冷行业有了巨大发展。随着国民经济持续高速发展和社会生活水平不断提高,亿万人民对食品冷冻、冷藏新技术、新工艺、新系统有了新的迫切要求。水果、蔬菜、肉食水产品、冷冻饮品、速冻食品等方面应用制冷新技术与人民大众一日三餐息息有关,食品的高质安全是社会发展的重要体现。
All relevant units and individuals: Since entering the new century, the food refrigeration industry in our country has undergone tremendous development. With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of social life, hundreds of millions of people have made new and urgent demands on new technologies, new processes and systems for food freezing and cold storage. The application of refrigeration technologies to fruits, vegetables, meat and aquatic products, frozen drinks and quick-frozen foods has been linked to the interest of the general public in three meals a day. The high quality and safety of food is an important manifestation of social development.
