以16种石斛属植物为试材,采用PAGE法,利用筛选获得的6条理想ISSR多态性引物,研究了小分子量片段的差异对石斛属植物分类的影响。结果表明:试验结果与经典形态分类相似,但也有一定差别;PAGE法多态性比率高,可进一步从分子水平揭示石斛属植物的遗传多样性与亲缘关系。
Sixteen species of Dendrobium were used as materials to study the classification of Dendrobium plants by using PAGE. Six ideal ISSR polymorphic primers were screened. The results showed that the experimental results were similar to the classical morphological classification, but there were also some differences. The high polymorphism rate of PAGE method could further reveal the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of Dendrobium plants at the molecular level.
