我院于1990年开始采用祁门制药厂生产的蝮蛇抗栓酶(以下简称抗栓酶)治疗脑、心血管及其他多类疾病,通过临床观察,取得一定疗效,且无特殊副作用,报告如下。临床资料本组136例,男93例,女49例,年龄20～84岁,其中20～29岁3例,30～39岁3例,40～49岁9例,50～59岁41例,60～69岁59例,70～79岁16例,80～89岁41例。病种:脑梗塞46例,冠心病28例,肺心病14例,糖尿病10例,胆囊炎、胆石症8例,帕金森氏病7例,多发性神经炎4例,颈椎病、高心心衰各3例,感染性心内膜炎、尿毒症、充血性心肌病各2例,血栓闭塞性脉管炎、雷诺氏病、支气管哮喘、肝癌、上矢状
In 1990, our hospital started to treat the brain, cardiovascular and other various diseases with viper antithrombotic enzyme produced by Qimen Pharmaceutical Factory (hereinafter referred to as antithrombotic enzyme), and achieved certain curative effect through clinical observation without any special side effects.
