本文探讨了同伴教育法对中职护生护理学基础实践操作能力的影响。采用整群抽样的方法,从许昌卫生学校2012级护理专业学生中随机抽取2个班作为研究对象,试验组采用同伴教育教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,通过技能考核成绩对教学效果进行评价。结果显示试验组护生技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,两组成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总结出在中职护生护理学基础实验教学中运用同伴教育具有可行性,能激发护生练习兴趣,提高护生实践操作能力。
This article explores the influence of peer education law on the practical ability of nurse nursing students in secondary vocational schools. A cluster sampling method was used to select 2 classes randomly from the students of nursing major in 2012 in Xuchang Health School. The experimental group adopted the peer teaching method while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method to evaluate the teaching effect through the skills assessment . The results showed that the test group nursing student appraisal scores were significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). It is feasible to use peer education in the basic experimental teaching of Nursing Nursing in Secondary Vocational School, which can stimulate the practice interest of nursing students and improve the practical ability of nursing students.
