不同浓度葡萄糖、胰岛素对HK-2细胞转化生长因子β1表达的影响

用不同浓度葡萄糖和胰岛素干预人近端肾小管上皮细胞(HK-2),ELISA法测培养液上清中TGF-β_1浓度,RT-PCR检测HK-2细胞中TGF-β_1 mRNA表达水平。结果显示高浓度葡萄糖和胰岛素通过不同途径上调HK-2细胞TGF-β_1的表达。

Human proximal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2) were treated with different concentrations of glucose and insulin. The concentration of TGF-β 1 in culture supernatant was determined by ELISA. The expression of TGF-β 1 mRNA in HK-2 cells was detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that high concentrations of glucose and insulin through different ways to up-regulate the expression of TGF-β 1 in HK-2 cells.
