黑龙江省委、省政府于1989年11月2日召开了深入开展“扫黄”工作、全面清理社会垃圾电话会议。会议由省委宣传部副部长高泰夫主持,副省长黄枫在会上的讲话中对我省前段“扫黄”工作做了总结,并部署了今后的“扫黄”工作。他对各系统图书馆提出了清理整顿藏书的任务,要求“凡已明令禁查的书刊一律下架,不能公开借阅”。省文管会副主任干志耿在会上做了发言,对全省公共图书馆的“扫黄”工作提出了要求(全文另发)。省委副书记周文华做了会议总结。
On November 2, 1989, Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government held an in-depth “pornographic work” campaign to comprehensively clean up the social conference call. At the meeting, Gao Taifu, Vice Minister of Propaganda Department of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, presided over the meeting. Vice Governor Huang Feng made a summary of the anti-vice work in front of our province in his speech at the meeting and deployed the future anti-vice work. He put forward the task of cleaning up and reorganizing collections in various system libraries and demanded that “all books and periodicals that have been banned from inspection shall be shelved and not publicly borrowed.” Provincial Civil Affairs Commission, deputy director of dry Geng made a speech at the meeting, the province’s public library “anti-vice” work put forward the requirements (full text separately). Zhou Wenhua, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee made a summary of the meeting.
