一、引言松树是广泛分布于世界各地的主要树种之一.对挥发性的松针叶油中的单萜(Monoter-pene)和倍半萜(Sesquiterpenes)已有许多研究报导。我们研究松类针叶油萜烯组分的目的,是通过快速准确的气相色谱法,鉴定出针叶油中的主要单萜和倍半萜成分,以供遗传选育、种子园早期鉴定和树种分类的依据。
I. INTRODUCTION Pine is one of the major tree species widely distributed around the world, and many studies have reported on monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes in volatile pine needles. The purpose of our study on the terpene components of pine needles was to identify the major monoterpene and sesquiterpene constituents in the coniferous oils by rapid and accurate gas chromatography for the purposes of genetic breeding, early identification of seed orchards and Basis of species classification.
