儿童肱骨髁上骨折处理不当时容易引起Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩或肘内翻畸形。虽然各种治疗方法都有改进或提高,使危害严重的Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩已明显减少,但仍不断发生肘内翻畸形,发生率仍然较高,我院自2011年1月-2013年12月共行小儿肱骨髁上骨折(GartlandⅡ、Ⅲ型)30例,均采用手法复位经皮外侧双针治疗,并通过测量Baumann角以及mayo肘关节功能评分标准(MEPS),效果显著,现报告如下。1临床资料
Improper treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus may cause Volkmann’s ischemic contracture or cubitus deformity. Although a variety of treatment methods have improved or increased, so that serious damage to the Volkmann ischemic contracture has decreased significantly, but there are still ongoing cubitus varus deformity, the incidence is still high, our hospital since January 2011 -2013 December common pediatric humeral supracondylar fractures (Gartland Ⅱ, Ⅲ type) 30 patients were treated by manual reduction of percutaneous double needle treatment, and by measuring Baumann angle and mayo elbow joint function score (MEPS), the effect is significant, the report is now as follows. 1 clinical data
