为阐明高锌对肠粘膜免疫屏障结构和功能的影响及其机理 .采用建立正常锌和高锌大鼠模型 ,应用形态学手段结合免疫组化和图像分析方法 ,对大鼠肠道粘膜的超微结构 ,粘膜 Ig A的产生和含量作定位和定量研究 .结果表明第 4周末和第 7周末 ,高锌组血浆 ,红细胞膜和肠组织的锌含量明显高于正常锌组 ;高锌组光镜下肠粘膜未见异常改变 ,但是电镜下见肠道粘膜超微结构严重损害 ;第 7周末 ,Ig A浆细胞计数及其平均吸光度 ,以及粘液 Ig A水平均显著低于正常锌组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) .结果提示高锌可以引起肠道粘膜和 Ig A屏障结构损害 .
To clarify the effect of high zinc on the structure and function of intestinal mucosal immune barrier and its mechanism.Using the method of establishing normal zinc and high zinc rat model and applying morphological means combined with immunohistochemistry and image analysis method, The results showed that the content of zinc in plasma, erythrocyte membrane and intestinal tissue of high zinc group was significantly higher than that of normal zinc group at the end of the 4th and the 7th weekend, At the end of 7th week, IgA plasma cell count and its average absorbance, as well as mucus Ig A level were significantly lower than those in normal zinc group (P <0 01) .The results suggest that high zinc can cause intestinal mucosa and IgA barrier structural damage.
