一些农村经济上落后,很大程度上是由于思想观念落后造成的。解决思想观念问题,关键要强化教育培训。近年来,我们采取三种方式,大力促进农村干部的思想观念转变。一是“情景直观式”,让干部身临其境受教育。观念决定思路,思路决定行动。促使农村干部解放思想,最好的办法就是“到富人堆里去”,身临其境,亲身实践。
The backwardness of some rural economies is due in large part to the backwardness of their ideas and concepts. To solve the ideological issues, the key is to strengthen education and training. In recent years, we have adopted three approaches to vigorously promote the transformation of the ideology and ideas of rural cadres. First, the “scenario is intuitive”, allowing cadres immersive education. Ideas determine ideas, ideas determine action. The best way for rural cadres to emancipate their minds is to “go to the heap of rich people” and be immersed and personally practiced.
