目的提高肺部占位CT引导针吸活检病理诊断的确诊率,减少漏诊。方法分析200例肺部占位病理组织学及细胞学相结合诊断的经验体会。结果200例中各种肺癌占126例,结核性炎24例,肺脓肿12例,肺炎13例,炎性假瘤15例,错构瘤5例,穿刺失败5例。穿刺成功率平均97.5%。结论CT引导肺部占位穿刺活检组织学与细胞学相结合诊断,从而提高病检率。
Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary space-occupying CT guided needle aspiration biopsy and reduce missed diagnosis. Methods To analyze 200 cases of lung space occupying histopathology and cytology combined experience of diagnosis. Results Among 200 cases, 126 cases were all kinds of lung cancer, 24 cases were tuberculosis, 12 cases were pulmonary abscess, 13 cases were pneumonia, 15 cases were inflammatory pseudotumor, 5 cases were hamartoma, and 5 cases failed puncture. Puncture success rate averaged 97.5%. Conclusion CT guided lung biopsy biopsy diagnosis combined with cytology to improve the detection rate.
