患者女,25岁。因“右腰部间断疼痛3天”于2014年6月12日急查中腹部CT,拟诊“右腹膜后占位”收住入院。患者平素月经规律,月经6/30天,量中等,暗红色,无痛经,白带正常。婚后孕2产1流产1次。末次月经2014年4月28日。入院体检:T 36.0℃,P 88次/min,R 19次/min,Bp 120/70mm Hg,神志清晰,一般情况可,未行尿妊娠试验。CT平扫+增强示:腹膜后下腔静脉旁类圆形囊
Female patient, 25 years old.
