5月26日,山东省软科学招标课题《建设“海上山东”总体思路及实施方案研究》和《依靠科技进步,优化山东海洋产业结构》评审会在青岛召开。 评审会由省科技厅主持,组成了8位专家、领导参加的评审委员会。省人大常委会副主任何宗贵同志、中国科学院资深院士曾呈奎和院士文圣常分别担任主任和副主任委员。会上,由海洋工程院王凤起副院长做工作报告,山东省科学院尤芳湖教授做研究报告。与会专家一致认为:两项课题研究技术路线明确,工作严谨,资料齐全、丰富、翔实,研究方法科学,得出的结论符合山东的实际,提出的对策措施对进行海上山东建设具有很强的指导意义,并可供国内外借鉴。经综合
