当前许多高校都开设了职业生涯规划教育课程,但针对学生独特特点的个性化职业生涯规划教育相对缺少。本文将从当前政治学与行政学专业学生担任学生助理的实践教学情况入手,分析和论述学生助理在该专业学生个性化职业生涯规划教育中的作用。希望以此为例,能探索出一条新的职业生涯规划教育之路径。
Currently many colleges and universities have opened career planning education courses, but the individual characteristics of the students personalized career planning education is relatively lacking. This article starts with the current situation of practice teaching of political science and administrative science students as student assistants, and analyzes and discusses the function of student assistants in the personalized career planning education of the major students. Hope this as an example, we can explore a new career planning education path.
