目的:分析牙周维护治疗在保持牙周长期疗效中的作用效果。方法:纳入此研究中的78例研究对象均为我院于2014年7月-2015年11月期间收治的慢性牙周炎患者,根据其入院治疗的顺序分为观察以及对照两组,对照组患者为未选择牙周维护,观察组患者选择牙周维护,分析两组患者的作用效果。结果:两组患者经治疗后,BI、PD、牙周附着水平、牙槽骨高度、牙龈出血指数≥3%以及缺失牙数据经对比,统计学意义产生,P值在0.05以下。结论:慢性牙周炎患者采用牙周维护能够确保常规治疗的疗效。
Objective: To analyze the effect of periodontal maintenance treatment on long term periodontal effect. Methods: All the 78 subjects included in this study were patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to November 2015. According to the order of admission treatment, they were divided into observation and control groups Patients did not choose periodontal maintenance, observation group patients choose periodontal maintenance, analyze the effect of two groups of patients. Results: The data of BI, PD, periodontal attachment, alveolar bone height, gingival bleeding index≥3% and missing teeth data were statistically significant after treatment. The P values were below 0.05. Conclusion: Periodontal maintenance in patients with chronic periodontitis can ensure the efficacy of routine treatment.
