目的 探讨p73基因转录表达与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术 (RT PCR)检测 3 2例非小细胞肺癌组织、癌旁组织和 7例肺良性病变组织 ,及其对应正常肺组织p73mRNA的表达。结果 3 2例肺癌组织中 2 8例p73表达明显升高 ,肺癌组织中p73mRNA阳性表达率明显高于癌旁肺组织和肺良性病变组织 (P <0 .0 1)。肺癌组织中p73mRNA的阳性表达率与组织学类型、细胞分化程度和P TNM分期无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 肺癌组织中存在p73基因的过度转录表达 ,它可能参与调控非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程
Objective To investigate the relationship between the transcription of p73 gene and the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of p73 mRNA in 32 non-small cell lung cancer tissues, adjacent non-cancerous tissues and 7 benign lung tissues and their corresponding normal lung tissues. Results The expression of p73 protein in 28 cases of lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in non-cancerous lung tissues and benign lung tissues (P <0.01). The positive rate of p73 mRNA expression in lung cancer tissues had no significant correlation with histological type, cell differentiation and P TNM stage (P> 0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of p73 gene in lung cancer may be involved in the regulation of the development and progression of non-small cell lung cancer
