食品安全问题全球化背景下,食品安全的改善需要更加深入的跨国合作。当前正值我国食品安全标准清理工作的关键时期,深入研究食品安全标准跨国合作对我国食品标准的影响、对完善我国食品安全跨国合作内容和方式及促进我国食品标准的科学性和适用性具有重要意义。文章在探讨我国食品安全标准跨国合作现状基础上深入分析尚存在的问题,并提出了一些对策建议作为决策参考。
In the context of the globalization of food safety issues, the improvement of food safety needs more intensive cross-border cooperation. At present, the critical period of China’s food safety standards clean-up, in-depth study of the impact of cross-border cooperation in food safety standards on food standards in China, to improve China’s cross-border cooperation in food safety content and methods and to promote scientific and applicable food standards of importance significance. The paper analyzes the existing problems based on the current situation of transnational cooperation in food safety standards in our country and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions as reference for decision-making.
