时任中国纺织工业联合会会长的杜钰洲在指导集群工作时曾这样说:“产业集群已成为现阶段纺织工业组织结构的重要形式,利用产业集群战略进行产业空间结构再造已成为提升中国纺织核心竞争力的有效途径。”抱团取暖御危机在我国的纺织企业中,99%以上为中小企业,这些中小企业许多都分布在各个产业集群中。发挥集群抱团取暖的作用,就成为以中小企业为主的纺织产业集群抵御金融危机的法宝。
