2006年3月20日,美的电器(000527.SZ)完成股权分置改革(以下简称股改),在其后短短2个月时间内,美的电器大股东——美的集团动用资金10.79亿元,从二级市场增持1.48亿股流通股,使其对美的电器的持股比例由股改完成时的23%提升到46.4%,至此何享健已直接和间接持有美的电器50.17%的股权,绝对控股美的电器。美的集团10亿元增持行动具有后股改时代反收购的显著特征。
