奉化市松岙乡海沿村张忠霞自1993年投身到淡水养殖业后,在8年风风雨雨中,经过艰苦的探索、学习,终于获得了成功。她从一个普通农妇磨炼成懂科学、有技术和能驾驭市场的女能人。她家成了远近闻名的养殖专业户,周边农户纷纷向她拜师取经。当年,张忠霞承包了30亩无人要的低洼水田。她多方筹措资金,挖田围堤,购鱼苗放养;搭草棚,筑小屋,夫妇双双吃住在鱼塘;下雨天更是昼夜巡塘阻漏防堤毁、防鱼逃。
