综采是煤炭开采中最复杂的应用技术,采煤机在工作面的位置与姿态感知是实现采矿“三机”联动工作的关键。以采煤机为研究对象,提出了基于SINS/WSN信赖度的组合定位策略,并进行组合系统仿真研究,分析探讨了组合模型的定位精度,验证了SINS/WSN组合定位理论模型的有效性,同时测试了定位系统精度,为工程实践提供理论支撑。
Fully mechanized coal mining is the most complex application of technology, coal mining machine in the face of the position and attitude perception is to achieve mining “three ” the key to joint work. Taking the coal winning machine as the research object, a combined positioning strategy based on the SINS / WSN trustworthiness is proposed and the simulation of the combined system is conducted. The positioning accuracy of the combined model is analyzed and the effectiveness of the SINS / WSN combined positioning theoretical model is verified. At the same time, the precision of the positioning system is tested, providing theoretical support for engineering practice.
