互联网技术的发展,法治事件传播变得更加复杂,出现相应的异化,法治事件传播信息变成永久记忆的棱镜,左右人们对事件主体的相关评价,同时重塑主体意志。而被遗忘权则是立足互联网时代,适应经济及制度需求,为保护个人信息提供新的方式与理念,有利于人性价值寻回、是对言论自由的肯定同时有助于社会正义增长。这也为法律事件传播提供一定的路径;遵循有限性原则,明确特殊人群与信息分类;重视行业自律与民间管理,法治监管的社会多元合作。
The development of Internet technology and the spread of rule of law events have become more complicated. Corresponding alienation has taken place. The message that the rule of law events spread information into permanent memories has influenced the people’s evaluation of the subject of events and reshaped the main will. The right to be forgotten is based on the Internet era, to adapt to economic and institutional needs, to provide new ways and concepts for the protection of personal information, is conducive to the return of human values, freedom of speech recognition at the same time contribute to the growth of social justice. It also provides a certain path for the dissemination of legal events; follows the principle of limitedness, clarifies the special groups and information classification; attaches great importance to the social pluralistic cooperation in industry self-discipline and folk management and the rule of law.
