当今高职院校校园体育文化更趋于校企一体化形式,在校园体育文化中融入了诸多企业文化。文章从校园体育文化和企业文化的共性出发,对高职院校体育文化的现状及存在的问题进行简单阐述,提出了在高职校园体育文化中融入企业文化的建议,力图构建具有特色的校园体育文化,为高职院校体育文化的发展提供参考。
Today’s vocational college campus sports culture tends to be an integrated form of school-enterprise integration in the campus sports culture into a lot of corporate culture. Based on the similarities and differences between sports culture and corporate culture in campus, this article briefly discusses the current situation and existing problems of sports culture in higher vocational colleges, puts forward suggestions on integrating corporate culture into the sports culture of higher vocational schools, tries hard to build a distinctive campus Sports culture, provide reference for the development of sports culture in higher vocational colleges.
